 How long does my product take to ship?

All of our pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order in New York City. Your items will usually ship within a week of the order date. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for custom orders. For expedited processing, please contact us via connect@bernardjames.com 

 

How much is the shipping cost?

For domestic orders, the standard shipping (2 – 3 business days) is complimentary. For international orders, standard shipping (5 – 7 business days) is $10. For expedited delivery, please contact us via connect@bernardjames.com

Duties and taxes for international orders are due upon delivery. Domestic orders will be charged sales tax at checkout.

 

How do I know which size to order?

Please refer to our sizing page to decide which sizes work for you. Please note that the measurements noted are based on actual wrist and finger measurements. If you need further sizing assistance, feel free to contact us with your measurements and have a bracelet or ring tailored to you.

 

What is your return policy?

All of the items featured on this site are specially handmade for each customer. We ensure that every item meets the high level of quality that our customers expect when they receive a Bernard James accessory. On the off-chance you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to facilitate a return. We also understand it is difficult to shop for jewelry online, being that it is something you need to feel and see on your wrist or finger. Therefore, sizing exchanges are always accepted. Please note we do not accept returns for custom or engraved items.

 

How long is my item under warranty?

All items undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving the studio. In the event of any damage or issue to any of our items, they are covered by a lifetime warranty. The piece should be sent back to our Brooklyn studio where it will be repaired within 2 - 3 business days.
