All of our pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order in New York City. Your items will usually ship within 14 business day from the date of order. Please allow an additional 7 days for custom orders. For expedited processing, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
For domestic orders, the standard shipping (2 – 3 business days) is complimentary. For international orders, standard shipping (5 – 7 business days) is $10. For expedited delivery, please contact us via email@example.com
Duties and taxes for international orders are due upon delivery. Domestic orders will be charged sales tax at checkout.
Most of our pieces are made-to-order, ensuring the highest quality for Bernard James accessories. We understand the challenges of online jewelry shopping. If you're unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 10 days for a return; sizing exchanges are always welcomed.
Please note we do not accept returns for custom or engraved items.

All items undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving the studio. In the event of any damage or issue to any of our items, they are covered by a lifetime warranty. The piece should be sent back to our Brooklyn studio where it will be repaired within 2 - 3 business days.
