Customers arriving more than five minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be moved into the engraving queue and accommodated based on availability.

Yes. Customers who are unable to attend may purchase a Canvas pendant online and submit engraving instructions after checkout.

Pendants will be engraved during the event and shipped following completion.
